End-of-study internship in Valrhona's Marketing Department, in the "RSE - Inno Amont" team.
Missions :
- Development and marketing activation of Valrhona's future disruptive innovation: concept work, customer paths, workshops, activation tools, link with communication, R&D and design thinking agency.
- Prospective on the future of chocolate: market analysis, synthesis of consumer studies and insights, customer interviews.
- Writing of my dissertation on the ambitions of disruptive innovations in the context of a mission-driven company: qualitative interview analysis, literature and bibliography.
- Analysis of the European bean-to-bar market: competitive analysis on the Internet and at a trade show.
- Redesign of marketing materials for the cocoa bean offer: close liaison with the cocoa sourcing team and the creative agency.

Student project of product development, as part of my speciality at ISARA, Sustainable Food Product Innovation :
- Backer : Entrepreneur incubated at ISARA wanting to import in France the manufacturing process of a Japanese snack product, the Senbei, a rice cracker (no manufacturing process in France).
- 360° project :
/ Industrial brief: Context, product objective, recipe development and manufacturing diagram.
/ Production in a pilot plant: "kitchen" tests (prototype) then pilot tests on a larger scale, microbiological analyses and aging tests.
/ Projection on an industrial line for 1 year: Industrial management (projected and expected volume, factory/line plan, scheduling, supply, flow and stock management, equipment, production cost calculation).
/ QHSE: BPH file, HACCP analysis, DUERP drafting, environmental impact analysis (eco-design).
/ Recommendations and proposals to the sponsor: marketing, packaging and others.
- Role in this project: Project manager, coordination role between the 14 members of the project team and the stakeholders (sponsor, technical tutor and management).

Papote is a young startup producing artisanal pasta made from durum wheat, grown in agro-ecology at the Grandes Tuileries farm in Sézanne, in the Marne region (51).
I was able to carry out 5 main types of mission within this beautiful agricultural and agro-artisanal entrepreneurial project:
- Preliminary study for the development of a new product, the Risoni: Brief, business potential study (market analysis and competitive intelligence), technical pre-feasibility (bibliography), creativity session and proof of concept (consumer survey). Deliverables: recommendations with first Proof Of Concept of the new pasta.
- Production: Help with start-up, production and cleaning of the production workshop.
- Communication: Content management of social networks, newsletter, blog post, influence and partnership.
- Business : Sales on markets and commercial animation.
- Digital : SEO and website
Internship in a winery
Domaine de la Présidente
From June 2020 to July 2020
Second year internship of 6 weeks in a vineyard to discover the functioning of a farm in France.
Missions :
- Help of all kinds on the farm, participating in all the work of the vineyard: pruning (thinning, leaf removal, trimming), vatting and topping, bottling, labeling, irrigation, trellising, fertilization.
- Carrying out an agronomic diagnosis of the vineyard and a financial and organizational analysis of the estate.
- Learning about the general functioning of a farm, the difficulties in relation to team management and the ability to adapt.

In charge of the ISARA Junior-Enterprise department, in charge of putting students (consultants) in touch with studies and missions, for pedagogical purposes, of commissioning companies.
Missions :
- Management of a team of 7 business managers on the services of the Junior-Enterprise: agronomy, environment, food science, sensory analysis, statistical and sociological studies, R&D etc.
- Organization and animation of the meetings of the pole on the various projects annexed to the studies: communication in the school, installation of processes and standard procedure, reorganization of our services etc...
- Customer relations: contact, analysis of needs, development of commercial proposals and relevant solutions for the project (scoping note, quotation, agreements, etc.).
- 6 studies/projects carried out throughout the mandate: Startup, SME, ETI and large companies.

First year internship of 6 weeks in Australia to discover the functioning of a farm abroad.
Missions :
- Discovery of permaculture, a more ecological farming system, in harmony with its environment, more resilient and sustainable.
- Help of all kinds on the farm: Creation and maintenance of orchards, animals, aquaponics etc...
- Autonomous project: Creation of a henhouse for a flock of 50 laying hens from materials on the farm.
