Résumé

I am an international energy executive with 17 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, and industrial services.

What drives me is impact: transforming complexity into clear strategies, creating inclusive and high-performing teams, and delivering results that matter for both customers and society.

I have led full P&L businesses at Schneider Electric, opened new markets in solar, storage, and e-mobility, and designed low-carbon solutions that reduced emissions while creating recurring value. Earlier in my career, I managed large-scale industrial projects, including nuclear and electrical distribution, where precision, risk management, and credibility were essential. Across every role, I have built diverse teams, strengthened collaboration, and turned challenges into growth opportunities.

I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at emlyon business school to further strengthen my expertise in strategy, operations, and transformation, while bringing new perspectives to leadership and innovation.

Beyond business results, what matters most to me is creating environments where people feel valued, grow with confidence, and succeed together.
