During my Master’s program at emlyon business school, I am completing a 6‑month internship in São Paulo at Dedalus, gaining hands‑on experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, and M&A transactions. This rotational internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of financial management and deal‑making processes.

• Billing Management (Gestão de Faturamento): Processed and monitored invoicing, controlled payment flows, optimized administrative and financial workflows, and coordinated closely with commercial and operational teams.
• Finance Department (Serviço Financeiro): Conducted financial statement analysis, management control, preparation of reports and dashboards, contributed to building financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Followed potential M&A deals, conducted audits and due diligence, performed in‑depth financial analysis, applied valuation methods (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and built financial models to assess investment opportunities.

As part of my interim work at Cacolac, I was responsible for handling tasks, primarily focused on packaging cans into cartons. This position required meticulous handling of products to ensure proper packaging and strict adherence to safety guidelines. The repetitive nature of the tasks allowed me to develop the ability to maintain a steady pace and attention to detail while upholding the company’s quality standards.

Dans le cadre de mon travail d’intérim chez Cacolac, j’étais chargé de tâches de manutention, principalement axées sur la mise en carton de canettes. Ce poste impliquait une manipulation rigoureuse des produits pour assurer leur bonne conditionnement et un suivi précis des consignes de sécurité. La répétition des tâches m’a permis de développer une capacité à maintenir un rythme soutenu et une attention aux détails, tout en respectant les standards de qualité de l’entreprise.

En tant que coach sportif et animateur au FFBC à Hagetmau, j’étais pleinement impliqué dans la vie du camp, prenant en charge l’organisation, la planification des événements et l’encadrement de groupes de jeunes de 6 à 18 ans. Ma mission incluait la supervision des activités quotidiennes, la gestion de la dynamique de groupe, et la planification de programmes adaptés aux besoins et aux intérêts de chaque tranche d’âge. Coach de basket, j’assurais des entraînements structurés pour développer les compétences des jeunes en basket-ball, tant sur le plan technique que mental. Ce poste exigeait une présence 24h/24 et 6 jours sur 7, car nous vivions sur le camp avec les participants, ce qui m’a permis de développer une forte capacité d’adaptation, une gestion efficace des responsabilités, un fort sens du travail d'équipe avec le autres coachs et animateurs ainsi qu'une relation de confiance avec les jeunes.
