• Led the end-to-end testing strategy of the Cash Equity platform: definition of the test strategy across 30+ from front to back systems including accounting, risks and regulatory reporting; implementation of a “war room” to collocate all teams and accelerate test outputs.

• Acquisition of Lumo, a French crowdfunding platform dedicated to the energy transition, offering retail investors to invest into high-quality sustainable projects while enabling corporates to communicate about their energy transition roadmap
• Development of a portfolio of embedded financing solutions dedicated to the ecommerce industry in Europe, including the implementation of partnerships with data-driven lending fintechs

Head of the UK Securities Services Technology department overseeing the setup and implementation of the technology platforms and the technical onboarding of new clients to support the launch of 2 new UK businesses:
• Wealth management platform: front-to-back platform for wealth managers to manage the entire lifecycle of global equities, FX trades and mutual funds (execution, settlement, clearing, custody services, fund administration)
• Global Broker Dealer platform, offering equities and fixed-income post-trade services to institutional brokers (execution, clearing, settlement, custody)
Leading the transformation of the technology department through the deployment of Agile and Continuous Delivery practices.

Created and managed the Global Banking & Advisory UK Technology team, including global responsibility for the Loan & Bond Syndication and Loan Trading systems.
Main achievements:
• Delivery of a global risk monitoring platform for the Loan Syndication business, providing real-time monitoring of syndicated positions, underwriting risks and P&L computation. Platform extended to integrate the global M&A activity.
• Technology program director for the launch of the loan brokerage activity in Luxembourg to accelerate the Originate to Distribute strategy of the bank, with the successful deployment of 30 core banking systems
• Implementation of the first partnership between Societe Generale and a fintech to improve digital capabilities for the Private Placement activities
• Initiated regular meetings with software vendors and peers to benchmark Societe Generale technology performance and monitor initiatives from competitors
• Rationalisation of the portfolio of applications supporting the EMEA Corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance …) with the retirement and consolidation of 30+ applications

Management of a team of Business Analysts dedicated to the Capital Market Finance and Syndication businesses (12 global applications focused on front & middle-office activities).
• Strengthened the bond syndication technology platform through the implementation of a managed services contract
• 3-year refactoring program to upgrade the technology platform supporting the global activities of the Securitization business
• Delivery of an internal calculator to compute Basel 3 indicators for the securitization business line
• Implementation of a platform monitoring the commercial activity and underwriting risks of the syndication business (loans, bonds and equities) globally
