Young Water Solutions is an international non-profit organization that aims to empower young people to contribute to universal water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) management by supporting them in launching WASH-related social enterprises in their communities.

-Programme management for the Africa region, including budget monitoring and donor proposal development
-Partnership development and management to support programme implementation
-Design and delivery of online and in-person training and coaching for young entrepreneurs
-Deployment of seed funding to selected entrepreneurs
-Organisation of national WASH summits to connect stakeholders (experts, funders, and local authorities), support advocacy efforts, and facilitate communities of practice
-Preparation of donor reports and financial audits

Over 100 young people trained & nearly 25 WASH social enterprises supported
3 hackathons facilitated
3 national WASH summits co-organized

Impulso is an NGO that recruits, trains, and deploys micro-consultants to support beneficiaries in need. It works with micro-entrepreneurs in Latin America, predominantly women, and associations in France. The young people who become micro-consultants will grow personally while helping beneficiaries grow, through a unique immersion experience and by transferring skills.

As Field Coordinator, I was responsible for the following:
• Supervising 20 volunteers: identifying needs, defining the methodological framework
• Developing a new support programme for the beneficiaries and an impact measurement tool
• Managing partnerships (Microfinance institutions such as Microwd): reviewing contracts and work processes

Team for the Planet is a non-profit organization that deploys 100 major innovations to combat climate change on a global scale.

In short, it's:
???? The creation of companies with the systematic reinvestment of profits to create new businesses (raising 1 billion euros to deploy 100 innovations);
???? An environmental performance indicator, the Climate Dividend;
????‍???? Open-source innovations to create entire markets dedicated to fighting greenhouse gas emissions.

Assisting local authorities with the deployment and implementation of HR strategies and the reorganisation of departments, particularly those responsible for social action.

• Transforming organisations by co-constructing plans and managing change.
• Facilitating meetings, leading groups, and developing training programmes.
• Contributing to the firm’s operations: developing new offerings, particularly in CSR, monitoring and sharing news, centralising data, organising group activities, etc.

Support for local authorities in 4 areas: HR performance and management, internal organisation, territorial development and user relationship management (GRU)/digital transformation.

- Internally: carrying out a carbon audit of the offices and raising staff awareness of the impact of our practices.

Since 1968, Le Petit Paumé has been sharing its reviews of Lyon-based establishments through the annual publication of a guide with over 200,000 copies, and it is positioned as the second-largest student association in France.

• Organising the press launch luncheon for the 2020 edition
• Launching and setting up a press area to host journalists and guests during the official guide distribution day at Place Bellecour
• Affiliation with the Lyon Press Club and improving press database management
• Contributing to the overall communication plan, managing social media
