• Led the firm’s first thesis-driven sector build-up (nutraceuticals and dermocosmetics) alongside a partner CEO: 697 companies screened, 100 profiled, 52 approached, 12 owners in live discussion; built the screening and pipeline framework.
• Screened 3,210 French SMEs (€1–8M EBITDA) on restated accounts, working capital, net debt and cash generation; reached 200+ owner-operators and M&A intermediaries via letters, email and phone.
• Upgraded outreach workflows and helped build the firm's internal AI tooling
