I supported an industrial SME specializing in metal recycling, in its operational and strategic transformation toward a more circular and resilient business model. Key contributions: ???? Industrial performance optimization: improved sorting processes, structured production and material quality data, and implemented performance indicators. ???? Strategic structuring: advised the executive committee on key investment, organizational, and development decisions, aligning financial constraints with long-term goals. ???? Focus on circularity and sustainability: enhanced material flow recovery, assessed downstream supply chain dynamics, and anticipated regulatory impacts (e.g., EU taxonomy, export restrictions). ???? Cross-functional collaboration: acted as a bridge between operations, finance, and leadership teams to foster alignment around performance and sustainability objectives. This experience gave me in-depth insight into the industrial realities of the recycling sector, the practical levers of circularity, and the balance between operational constraints and long-term transformation goals.

- Consolidate the Transformation & Simplification quantitative data and analyses from financial, support & business teams in coordination with Central Transformation team - Manage the Transformation & Simplification Dashboards (including FTE, non financial quantitative data) and related tools (Wave) - Define the cost structure & efficiency review management process & guidance for AXA Partners (for BU/Functions, regions, second line of challenge…) - Monitor the BU / Functions cost structure & efficiency review, actions & reports in coordination with FBPs & Central Transformation team - Follow the cost structure ambitions of AXA Partners in link with Stratplan, budget, forecast, local deep-dives and elements of benchmarks - Monitor the Efficiency initiatives follow-up to the Group in coordination with FBPs and Central Transformation team

Implement and manage controlling activities of Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security and Safety for AXA Group Security - Support in the elaboration of the information security baseline within all entities to prepare the target operating model implementation - Build financial controlling activities foundation for Group Security - Specify and implement the new organization funding model - Build and ensure the capacity to manage financial planning, reporting and recharging capability centrally - Monitor both the central and overall security budgets across the group providing a single consolidated view on information security spend - Coordinate information security financial activities with Group and Local finance functions - Provide accurate and timely reports on the financial activity of individual projects - Establish and execute financial internal controls - Provide recommendations to support decision-making on investments Propose and validate accurate financial communication to program stakeholders Validate financial data for the Group reporting Related to sourcing & procurement : - Validate purchase requests in alignment with authorized validation pyramid - Follow Purchase Request and payments - Assist project managers in the negotiation with suppliers concerning financial terms (pricingstructure, business case…) - Prepare all supporting information for the audit - Assist strategic planning by providing relevant financial analysis and advice - Provide accurate and comprehensive financial information to management - Build business cases for the Strategic Projects

• Managing up to thirteen collaborators in a context of relocating part of the team in India • Reviewing, coordinating and validating the analyses dedicated to internal and external financial and accounting disclosures • Leading transversal project with a strategic dimension for the Company and interactions with others GMS departments (eg. implementation of new KPIs, financial structure optimization, etc) • Setting priorities and implementing changes in the organization of the Consolidation department according to the strategy of the Company and/or new regulatory frameworks such as Solvency II.

• Analyzing and controlling the kpis (Activity and earnings indicators, NBV/APE, etc) and delivering comments on the evolutions for the management • Controlling the consolidated financial statements and participating to the establishment of the Annual Report • Producing analysis on the GMxB reserving and the Deferred Acquisition Costs evolution • Participating in the transversal working Group within AXA GIE (eg : Shareholder’s equity in the AFR framework and AXA miles) • Actively involved in the process for the disposal of Mony and the reinsurance of MLOA (2013)

Consolidation and financial reporting within the Region in compliance with IFRS standards. Analyzing financial assets and contributing to new Solvency II project. In contact with the entities within the scope of consolidation and with AXA Group to give explanations and to solve issues.

In charge of consolidation subgroup for the mother company AXA. Dealing with a scope of aprox. 60 entities through the word. Producing internal and external financial reporting for the needs of the group in stand alone and in contribution to the group.
