- 20 years of leadership roles from launching departments to leading companies
- I used to lead a large team, from 30 to 200 people.

With a situational and natural leadership reinforced by strong combative skills and philosophy of never give up that conduct to the success of projects and my team members, the challenges and a continuous learning are really the engines that push me day after day to deliver the best.

I´m particularly using my expertise and my energy to contribute to a new urban vision and to generate a positive impact, by better serving the communities, the cities and our client’s investors with the creation, the transformation and revitalization of various real estate assets.
