L’expertise The French Vikings réside dans le béton que nous travaillons à rendre résistant et coloré. Nous avons développés nos propres techniques : coulé, pressé, marbré, bi-color ou uni en y ajoutant des pigments qui magnifient ce matériau. Nous concevons et fabriquons des pièces inédites pour rendre vos intérieurs uniques. Notre savoir-faire vous permet aujourd’hui de donner vie à (presque) toutes vos idées. Nous travaillons en grande partie avec des architectes, décorateurs d’intérieur et des entreprises en quête d’exception. De la table, à la lampe en passant par la vasque et aux petits objets, chaque création est unique, conçue avec amour et fabriquée à la main.

A singular, multicultural, ambitious pairing of architecture and design: Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku invent a craft at the intersection of industrial production and the long tradition of craftsmanship. Combining their experiences their conceptual and experimental approaches, they saw the opportunity to create a dynamic collaboration that blurs the lines between objects, the interior, and structure. One of the agency's core values is to reinvent itself with each project by working on a global concept from the ceiling to the spoon or the staircase to the door handle. Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku have worked with some of the world's greatest names on exceptional projects, including Alain Ducasse, Pierre Hermé, Thierry Marx, and Van Cleef & Arpels. They have developed a creative dialectic dedicated to space planning and architectural design projects. - Realized an analysis of Hong Kong's hotel market for a large-scale project. - Conducted a marketing study in Hong Kong for the same project. - Participated in a video editing presenting the two projects led by Patrick Jouin for the exhibition "Un Printemps incertain" at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs (MAD) in Paris. - Helped on other projects of the communication pole: participation in the creation of an annual "journal" gathering all the main achievements of the agency Jouin Manku (sent to VIP clients) and of an important document presenting the new spaces of the hotel La Mamounia in Marrakech, decorated by the duo Jouin Manku in 2020.

ZISO is an international architecture and innovation studio based in Tel Aviv specializing in diverse human experience in the built environment. "We plan and research equality-driven architecture and design inspirational structures with people in mind, emerging from analysis and true understanding of the ever-changing nature of the world we live in. We strongly believe in sustainability, urban sociology, and equality-driven ideas. ZISO is an action partner of the UN SDG's, promoting gender equality awareness in architecture and urban design. We exist at the intersection of Architecture, Innovation, Space and Human Equality." - Conducted research on the social nature of space analog habitats. - Identified and analyzed the different key players of the industry, brought concrete conclusions. - Designed several infographics.

Clinique La Prairie offers legendary medical and wellness programs. Since 1931, the exclusive clientele has come to Montreux to experience this pioneering fusion of science and holistic wellness, combined with luxury Swiss hospitality. Worked as a regular extra at the main front office: managing customer’s daily journeys. - Organized different kinds of services according to the customer’s wish. - Handled internal communication by reallocating phone calls and specific inquiries asked through emails. - Reinforced serious soft skills such as integrity and adaptability.

This 6 months operational internship is part of the preparatory year at EHL. Working in two very different departments at the Hotel Alfonso XIII in Sevilla allowed me to adapt to a very demanding clientele and authentic region of Spain. Worked in a fast-paced environment where I got used to switching between French, English, and Spanish when greeting and taking care of the customers. 3 months in the F&B department: took reservations and helped at the different F&B outlets of the hotel. 3 months at the Front Office department: Advised customers with the main activities to do during their stay in Sevilla and helped them with any specific inquiry.
