In November 2025, AMBA has confirmed the accreditation of emlyon business school for the maximum duration of 5 years. This decision follows the EQUIS renewal in September 2024 (for 5 years) and the AACSB renewal in February 2025 (for 6 years). Held by less than 1% of management schools worldwide, the triple international accreditation demonstrates peer recognition of the quality of emlyon's fundamentals.

👑 A Renewal of the Triple Crown for the Maximum Duration 

Having held the triple accreditation (AMBA, AACSB, EQUIS) for 20 years, emlyon has consistently received renewals for the maximum duration. In their reports, the accrediting bodies particularly praised 5 points :

• The quality of research and academic excellence, marked by an ambitious faculty recruitment plan and a scientific culture aligned with the School’s strategic objectives, supported by various Centers and Institutes.

• The entrepreneurial spirit and the unique pedagogy of "learning by doing," embodied particularly by the importance of makers' projects within the training programs, a structure for incubation and acceleration—emlyon venture labs—existing for over 40 years, and a makers' lab, a true fabrication laboratory open to all students and alumni.

• The School’s commitment to social and environmental issues, in line with its status as a Mission-Driven Company, reflected by ambitious actions such as the scholarship policy for students, covering from BBA to master's levels.

• The quality of the campus, an open place connected to the city located in the heart of Lyon, which is the nerve center of the student experience offered within the School.
