emlyon business school updates your information as part of maintaining its alumni database on the Alumni platform.

Identification number, title, usual name, commonly used name, first name, position and company (current and previous), professional and personal email address, telephone number, degree title, graduation year, professional and personal locations (cities or regions of residence) and LinkedIn庐 social network ID
馃搶Who has access to your data?
- The alumni relations department
- Members of the emlyon alumni network (you can choose to open or restrict the visibility of your information in the privacy settings of your alumni profile via the alumni platform)
- The emlyon alumni association
- The contact management service provider acting as a subcontractor for emlyon business school. Once your data has been updated, the service provider will destroy your data after 3 months.

Your data are kept for as long as you are part of the emlyon alumni network.
馃搶Information and rights
The data controller is Early Makers Group, represented by Ms Isabelle HUAULT, Chair of the Executive Board.
Individuals whose personal data are processed have the following rights:
- The right to access the data processed, in order to obtain all personal data collected on the applicant
- The right to rectify the data processed when it is incomplete, inaccurate, ambiguous or out of date
- The right to erase the data processed, when the deletion of this data is based on legitimate grounds
- The right to restrict processing, in order to temporarily suspend the use of certain data
- The right to object to processing.
- The right to define guidelines regarding the fate of one's personal data after death.

Individuals whose personal data is being processed may request to exercise these rights by contacting the data protection officer, who will respond to the request within one month, at the following address: dataprivacy@em-lyon.com.
It is also possible for any person whose personal data is subject to processing to lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libert茅s (CNIL), the competent national supervisory authority.
