Back in the inauguration of the House of Moroccan Alumni of the Grandes Écoles Françaises in Casablanca
Friday, May 16, 2025 will remain a landmark date for the emlyon alumni community in Morocco. In Casablanca, more than 300 graduates gathered to attend the inauguration of the "Maison des Alumni Marocains des Grandes Écoles Françaises", in the presence of Christophe Lecourtier, Ambassador of France in Morocco.
An emblematic place at the service of the network and cooperation
Located in the heart of Casablanca, this house is much more than a physical space. It is conceived as a place of convergence of talents, a tool for the transmission of knowledge and an accelerator of synergies between alumni of the French schools present in Morocco.
This collective project brings together graduates of emlyon business school, but also from HEC Paris, ESSEC Business School, ESCP Business School, Sciences Po, Audencia and the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech. Together, they embody the values of excellence, innovation and Franco-Moroccan cooperation.
A strong mobilization of emlyon alumni Morocco
The emlyon alumni Morocco community played a central role in this ambitious initiative. Thanks to the involvement of its local ambassadors – Sonia Diouri, Simo Zizi and Mahmoud Choura – the network has been able to demonstrate all its dynamism, its entrepreneurial spirit and its desire to have a concrete impact on Moroccan society.
The "Maison des Alumni" aims to host events, promote networking, support the integration of young graduates and strengthen ties between France and Morocco through professional, cultural and social projects.
A new stage for the network’s international reach
This new location symbolizes a strategic stage for the development of emlyon alumni network internationally, and more particularly in North Africa. It reflects the school’s ambition to strengthen its global presence and build on the strength of its network to create tomorrow’s leaders.
Congratulations to all the actors of this structuring project ! This inauguration illustrates, once again, the ability of emlyon alumni to federate around meaningful initiatives in the service of the collective.
